Compass opens the software and addresses any one-time or other prompts from the application prior to the exam to avoid anything that may cause an interference during actual testing.
- Technical Info: If you should encounter any errors launching a MOS exam in a traditional (native) classroom environment using the shared license model please contact Technical Support.
- Exams from Home: If the Shared License Model is preventing you from testing in a timely manner, you have the option to use Exams from Home, which is a virtual environment where the locally installed Microsoft Office software is managed by bahabeach. See our Exams from Home page to get started.
