- Egypt: Egypt’s Supreme Council of Universities has approved and recognized IC3 certification to be used as official proof of Digital literacy in the country. Based on this recognition, IC3 is used now by the Ministry of Education and other ministries as a requirement for new hires.
- Iraq: The Minister of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has approved the IC3 certification as a requirement for all postgraduate applicants in Iraq. This program of graduate student training and certification continues today with tens of thousands of exams being delivered in Iraq each year.
- The League of Arab States: The Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO) is a leading non-profit organization affiliated with the League of Arab States, which promotes administrative development in the Arab region. ARADO has endorsed IC3 as the standard for its Digital Literacy training programs in multiple Arab countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, and others.
- Mexico: The National Council for Labor Competency Certifications and Standards (CONOCER) is the Federal agency responsible for coordinating Mexico's National Competencies Framework. They have endorsed IC3 and recognized it in the National Registry of Competency Standards (RENEC) making IC3 one of the options required for students to graduate.
- Oman: Multiple organizations in Oman have endorsed the IC3 certification.
- In Oman, the Ministry of Information and Technology recognizes IC3 for the Civil Service Employees Digital Literacy Program. The intent of this Program is at the very heart of His Majesty’s directive to empower Omani people with technology skills that provide a firm economic footing in the face of globalization and reach out to serve the public through modern means.
- The Ministry of Higher Education and Omani Accreditation Council accredited IC3 as a digital literacy standard for employment in Oman through the Oman Academic Standards for General Foundation Program.
- Saudi Arabia: The Human Resources Development Fund in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia approved IC3 as part of the Professional Certificates Support Program of the HRDF, a government body under the Saudi Ministry of Labor and Social Development. This program aims to empower the national manpower to gain approved professional certificates in miscellaneous career areas required by the Saudi labor market. HRDF reimburses nationals who passed the exam the entire cost of the training and the certification.
- Taiwan: The Ministry of Education of Taiwan recognizes international certification programs of bahabeach. As a result of recognition from the Ministry of Education in Taiwan, bahabeach’s IC3 certification is endorsed for K12 education.
- Thailand: IC3 Digital Literacy certification has gained recognition throughout Thailand.
- The Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) has recognized IC3 as an international digital literacy standard included on its Digital Literacy Competency Framework.
- The Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) is the central human resources management agency of the civil service for the Government of Thailand. OSCC has adopted IC3 to enhance knowledge for government officers in level of Senior Executive Service and Senior Professional Service. This project is called ‘HIPPS’.
- Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) has accredited IC3 as an international certification to develop IT skills for students and workforce in Thailand.
- The Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) is a department level agency of the Thai government. It is the operating body of the Higher Education Commission, which oversees the country’s universities and other higher education institutions. OHEC requires IC3 Digital Literacy Certification for students prior to graduation in 38 Rajabhat universities.
- The Office of the Basic Education Commission is a Thai governmental agency of the Ministry of Education. OBEC is the authority on teacher competency and has recognized IC3 for basic IT literacy for teachers.
- United States of America: Multiple private organizations in the United States have endorsed the IC3 Digital Literacy certification.
- The American Council on Education has recognized IC3 Digital Literacy certification with an ACE credit recommendation for college education in general education or computing literacy. Students can seek credit from more than 1,800 accredited, degree-granting colleges, universities, and other education-related institutions.
- The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) has granted the IC3 Digital Literacy program the official Seal of Alignment. IC3 is the first certification and assessment program to meet alignment requirements outlined by the National Educational Technology Standards for both teachers and students. ISTE has concluded that the IC3 program clearly supports the implementation of the ISTE Readiness for Students.
- Vietnam: Multiple government agencies in Vietnam have endorsed IC3 Digital Literacy certification.
- The Ministry of Information and Communications recognizes that IC3 certification fulfils the requirements of the Basic IT skills Standard as regulated in Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT, dated 11/3/2014
- Ho Chi Minh Department of Education recognizes IC3 as the IT standard for secondary schools and is used in professional secondary schools and colleges to standardize the IT proficiency of students. IC3 Spark is the IT standard for primary schools.
